Do you accept small quantity orders?
Yes. The MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color, which is a relatively friendly MOQ for small-batch production in the industry.For multiple colors or mixed sizes, we can discuss the specific quantity based on your requirements.
How long does sampling take? Is the sample fee refundable?
Standard sampling takes 7-10 working days.
For complex jacquard or intarsia designs, it usually takes 10-14 working days.
The sample fee is USD 60-180, depending on the complexity of the design.After bulk order confirmation, the full sample fee will be deducted from the bulk order payment.
How long is the bulk production lead time?
After the sample (pre-production sample) is approved:
Below 500 pieces: 20-30 days
500-1000 pieces: 25-35 days
Above 1000 pieces: Production schedule depends on current capacity
During the autumn/winter peak season (July-September), the production schedule may be extended by 1-2 weeks. We recommend confirming orders in advance to secure production capacity.
Will my designs or patterns be leaked?
No. Before placing an order, we can sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in both Chinese and English.
The jacquard programming files belong to you and can be deleted after the order is completed.
Among our 100+ cooperating brands, there has never been a design leakage incident.
Confidentiality is one of the basic principles for a factory’s long-term development.
Can you produce techniques you have not made before?
If we can do it, we will take the order. If we cannot, we will tell you honestly.
We specialize in:
Computerized flat-knit sweaters (crew neck / V-neck / turtleneck / cardigans)
Jacquard and intarsia knitting
Cotton-linen blended knitwear
Cashmere sweaters
We are not specialized in:
Circular knit products (T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.)
Large-area machine embroidery designs
For these products, we will honestly recommend finding a specialized factory.
Can you provide environmental certifications such as OEKO-TEX / GRS / RWS?
Our factory itself does not currently hold these certifications, but we can assist with certification through qualified yarn suppliers, depending on order quantity.

What if I don’t place a large bulk order for the first order?
We completely understand.
It is normal for buyers to make samples first, confirm the quality and hand feel, and then decide whether to place a bulk order.
With 25 years of OEM experience, we are familiar with buyers’ approach of “test first, order later.”
During the sampling stage, we will treat your sample order with the same level of attention as bulk production, because we also hope the sample helps you decide:
“Is this the right factory to work with?”
What should be done if the delivery is late?
We have a 99% on-time delivery rate. If the delay is due to our fault, we will assume corresponding responsibility as stipulated in the contract. The delivery date will be clearly stated and breach of contract clauses will be included in the contract.
